Airbrush WIP Progress...

Just a quick one today.. not much of a mood to do more than that due to the extreme dentist visit last night..

So after being drugged at the dentist to allow them to do their thing, the effects of Airbrush cleaner and solvents were not as heavy as they would be normally :) With this, I was able to get a "bit" of work done last night on the WIPs.. and get all the Airbrush work out of the way. Will begin to tackle the items with regular brush tonight and over the weekend.. let's see how much damage I can do to it all shall we?

20 Cultists done with Tierra Earth and Wolf Grey. The left over cloth pieces and what not will be done in red, mutated skin colors, and then the Prawn tattoos and symbols will be added before they all go in for their "dirty wash" phase.

3 pegasi started up. All the grey sections finished, just needs some washes of black to tie them together a bit. Then it is the purples for the cloth, the browns for the straps, and the heraldry in Red/Black on the shield designs. Will get to test out more freehand designs here..

And finally the 12 screamers.. with their 3 tones of blue. Just need to finish off the steps on how to do them as found from Element Games. Am doing a few slight changes to it, but overall I will stick to it.

So yeah.. there you go.. last nights progress. No hidden projects, no special items on the bench at the moment. Everything is for gaming, and the screamers will probably be the most work due to having to build their bases of lava still. Which is probably an evening or 2 all by itself!

Also as an aside, this morning I read a great article over at Land of Misfit Toys that goes into how the comp system in tournaments are handled down under. Plus his opinion concerning it. Suffice it to say, we are on the same boat, and he goes on to throw a few more live grenades into the mix. Check it out here if you are interested..  And again for reference, as well as to toss my own grenade.. here is my last post on the subject also.. I just can't seem to let this topic go.. just ask any of those closest to me ;)

Cheers for now, and enjoy the weekend!
